1. Model/Make of car ( Verify)
2. He himself owner, talking on someone behalf, middle man, investor, car dealer
3. Bumper to bumper genuine car
4. Original Engine and Engine condition, Sealed Engine, Repair/No Repair, needs maintenance
5. Ac Condition, needs maintenance or not
6. FM Radio, USB MP3 player, deck, tape etc.
7. Battery condition,  when battery was placed
8. Petrol/CNG working or not
9. CNG/Non-CNG, Company fitted CNG or not
10. Major/Minor accident, Touching, Showered, Paint etc
11. Alloy RIMS ( Verify)
12. Tyres condition, type company
13. Any other repairs needed, any maintenance work required.
14. Registration city ( Verify)
15. Original copy/ Duplicate copy/Washed copy
16. First owner/ How many owners/ Since when you are owner
17. Car file history is maintained. All transfer letters, deeds and ID cards there
18. Both number plates original
19. No token short, tokens paid up to what, life time token paid

1. When all things are done and satisfied.
2. Get ID card of the owner before proceeding, also keep yours with your with crossed
3. Pay the token money 5 thousand max and do the deal day after days
4. Decide payment mode and place where all stamp papers will be done
5. Ask the list of documents, the owner will bring with him when he come for stamps, give him a list of all things.


1. Get 15 certificate of the car in recent dates.
2. Get car file. No Car File in case of Islamabad, it is kept by excise department. Car file is in the custody of owner in case of Punjab or Rawalpindi. It includes all original documents (all previous transfer letters, all previous transfer deeds, ID cards of all previous owners) Car file maintains all history of the car transfers and ownerships.
3. Get two types of stamp paper written (transfer letter, transfer deed, ID card of owner)
4. Get the stamp papers stamped by notary
5. Sign the transfer letter transfer deed papers before making payments
6. Make all payments what every payment method you have decided.
7. All dues to the Stamp Seller will be paid by the seller
8. Open transfer letter means that name of the person to whom car is being transferred is not mentioned
9. Get original back and front number plates, numbers are embossed with black paint.
10. Get original car registration documents, and verify it is original
11. Next go to the excise office, with car, with new and previous original documents, car file, ID card copy,
